ABOUT NCRC | LINKS | MEMBERSHIP | WHAT'S NEWThe National Capital Region Chapter was officially recognized by the University of Hawai'i Alumni Association on August 27, 1997; its membership area includes the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and West Virginia. The Chapter has nonprofit, 501(c)(3), tax exempt status. NCRC is registered under Section 57-49 of the Solicitation of Contributions Law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
